Booking Terms and Conditions

New Cancellation Update:

Due to covid and the risk of fires we do require a non-refundable 35% deposit which will be turned into a gift certificate or store credit and can be transferred to another person.

Cancellation Fees

If services are cancelled within 2 weeks of the event, the deposit with be refunded in a Gift Certificate, Store Credit or can be transferred to another person. Excluding long weekends unless it was booked on a long weekend. There will be no refund for any tour cancelled within 48 hours of the tour date.

48 hours before the event, the full amount will be billed to the client’s credit card.

Tour Inclusions / Exclusions

All venue fees up to $10 per person per venue up to 4 venues per tour, bottled waters are included in the booking price. Additional expenses for guests/groups are limited to meals (unless prearranged), any purchases and gratuities.

Safety

Upper End Tours is committed to providing our guests with a safe environment and experience, both during and after your tour. Upper End Tours does offer Door to Door service (defined as; when and where it is feasible, Upper End Tours will return individuals or your group to their pick up point). If you or your group are to be picked up at a central location and you are planning to consume alcohol while on tour; Upper End Tours strongly suggests that you make prior arrangements to have a designated driver pick you up after the tour (i.e. a friend, family member, taxi, public transportation etc.). In the result that this cannot be arranged,Upper End Tours will, for a nominal fee, return you to your home/hotel. Please, do not drink and drive.

Other information

Venues and prices are subject to change. Some venues and attractions operate seasonally and may not be open during your chosen tour’s date and time. Whenever possible, Upper End Tours will inform you of venue closures at time of booking. While we make every effort to operate your tour as booked, in the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make substitutions as required. Your reservation assumes release of liability, waiver of claims and the assumption of risks and indemnity.

There is no open alcohol permitted in any Upper End Tours Vehicle at any time!
