Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Upper End Tours, where we focus on comfort, safety, and unforgettable Okanagan experiences. Booking with us means you agree to the terms below so every guest enjoys a smooth ride.


Reservations and Payments

  • However, the 35% deposit is non-refundable, but we convert it to a Gift Certificate or Store Credit usable later or transferable to another person.

  • The remaining balance is due 5 days before your tour.

  • Your reservation is confirmed once full payment and a signed contract are received.


Cancellations

  • As a result, if you cancel within 48 hours, the full tour cost is charged to your card, then issued as a Gift Certificate for future use.Long-weekend bookings have limited flexibility.

  • Exceptions apply for fires, weather, or government closures.


Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Tasting fees (up to $10 per person per venue, max 4 venues) and bottled water are included.

  • Guests cover their own meals (unless pre-arranged), personal purchases, and gratuities.


Safety and Conduct

  • We offer door-to-door service when possible; otherwise, a central pick-up applies.

  • If you plan to drink, arrange safe transport home or ask us to add a drop-off fee.

  • No open alcohol is allowed in any vehicle.

  • The Charterer is responsible for group conduct. Unsafe behaviour may end the tour without refund.


Vehicle and Liability

  • In addition, we may substitute vehicles to maintain safety or comfort.

  • We don’t allow open alcohol in any vehicle.

  • Upper End Tours is not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or “Acts of God.”

  • We apply damage or cleaning fees
