Are Meals Included?

Lunch and snacks are at your own expense. However, we’re happy to make reservations for your group or pick up snacks before departure.

What’s Included?

Each tour includes bottled water and all standard wine-tasting fees (excluding premium wineries).

Does Upper End Tours Offer Trips Other Than Wine Tours?

Yes. Besides wine tours, we also offer family outings, ski shuttles, golf trips, and adventure excursions. Contact us to plan something unique.

Kelowna Tour Gift Cards

You can purchase gift cards in $25, $50, $100, $150, and $200 amounts. They make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.

Can Kids Join the Tour?

Children are welcome on designated Family Tours. Wine tours, however, are limited to guests aged 19 and older in accordance with BC law.

Can We Customize Tours?

Absolutely. Give us at least five days’ notice, and we’ll tailor your route and stops to fit your group perfectly.

Can We Drink in the Vehicle?

No. BC law prohibits open alcohol in any moving vehicle. Safety and compliance always come first.

Where Do You Pick Up From?

We provide door-to-door pickup in Kelowna and West Kelowna.
For locations outside these areas, an additional travel fee applies.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, debit, e-transfers, and cash.
Gratuities are not included in your tour price. Tipping your driver 15%–25% of the total cost is customary and appreciated.

Can I Bring My Pet?

Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals with proper documentation.

What Type of Vehicles Are in Your Fleet?

Our fleet includes:

• Luxury Suburban SUV — perfect for smaller private groups.

• Passenger Van — seats up to 14 guests comfortably.

Groups of eight or more automatically include a 15% gratuity on the final bill.

Kelowna Tour Cancellation Policy

We require a 35% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
If you need to cancel, we’ll convert your deposit into a gift certificate or transferable credit for future use.
This policy ensures flexibility and fairness during busy seasons.

Do You Host Bachelorette Parties?

Yes — and they’re a blast! We’ll help you design a classy, fun, and memorable day.
Please remember that wineries have dress codes, so save the boas and party hats for later in the evening.

How Do Gratuities Work?

Tipping shows appreciation for a great day on the road.
Groups of eight or more automatically include a 15% gratuity, while smaller groups may tip their driver directly.
