Are meals included?
Cost of lunch and or snacks will be at your own expense, but we will be happy to make the reservation for you or pick up snacks prior to pick up.
All prices include a bottle of water and wine tasting fees are included for wine/Brew/Cider tours only(not included for shuttle services) ***Premium Tasting Fees’ are not included
Does Upper End Tours have other tours besides wine tours?
Yes, we do lots beside wine tours including family tours, skiing, and zip lining. Please contact us for more info on our other tours.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we sure do. We provide gift cards in $25, $50, $100, $150, and up to $200.
Can kids join on the tour?
Yes they can, but only on Family Tours. Wine tours are not for anyone under 19 years of age.
Can we customize tours?
Yes you can, we just need 5 days advance notice. Contact us to customize your tour.
Can we drink in the vehicle
No, as it is the law in BC that there is no open alcohol in the vehicle.
Where do you pick up from?
We can pick up at your place of stay, hotel, or house and offer door to door service. There is an extra fee for pick up outside of Kelowna or West Kelowna.
We accept cash, Visa, MC, Amex, debit, and e-transfers.
Gratuities are not included in price. Please consider tipping on total tour cost then the balance . Gratuities are anywhere from 15% to 25%.
For groups of 8 or more a 18% gratuity will be add to the bill
Can i bring my pet?
No pets allowed unless they are service pets with a permit.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality service. Below is our updated cancellation policy:
Non-Refundable Deposit: A 35% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, we will issue this deposit back to you as a Gift Certificate (GC), which you may use for future services or transfer to someone else.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Event: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, the full amount will be billed to your account. To accommodate your needs, we will provide a Gift Certificate for the total billed amount, redeemable for any future service or transferable to another individual.
Please note, special considerations apply for bookings on long weekends.

Bachelorettes are a blast!!! We do our best to accommodate the party. Please keep in mind if wine tours are on the agenda that they do require a minimum standard of dress. Please save the feather boas and crazy hats for after the tours!Skip to content
